Sign up your friend or family member and we'll email them a £20 off voucher for their next boiler service with us. If your friend signs up we'll then offer you a 30% discount on next years boiler service.

By taking part in this offer you agree to these terms and conditions. Please take time to read them as they contain important information.

Recommender: To qualify for this offer the recommender must:

Be 18 years or over and be an existing Boiler Care Team customer (had a boiler service within the last 12 months) in their own name

Recommend a friend by registering for the Refer a Friend scheme by using the form on this page.

The email address your friend uses to book their first Boiler Care Team service must be the same as the one used when recommended.

You can recommend as many friends to Boiler Care Team as you wish in a 12-month period but we will make up to a maximum of 2 discounts on your account within a 12-month period.

To receive your reward of a 30% discount you recommend must book your next boiler service with us.

If the friend that you have recommended has already been recommended by someone else, and successfully books a boiler service, you will not qualify for the 30% discount

Recommended Friend: To qualify for this offer, the recommended friend must:

Be a new customer to Boiler Cate Team and not already hold any accounts with Boiler Care Team

Be registered for the Refer a Friend scheme by the recommender

The email address submitted via the form must be the same as the one they use when booking their next service.

Book a boiler service within the next 90 days of being recommended.

Boiler Care Team reserve the right to decline bookings.

Employees of Boiler Care Team, or members of their families or households, are not eligible to take part in this offer

Once the conditions above have been met by both parties, the recommender and recommended friend will receive notice of their discounts and, where relevant, how to claim.

This offer is subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the discount becomes unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options of a similar style and of equal value. No cash alternatives will be offered.

The Promoter* can remove or vary this offer in whole or in part at any time and without prior notice.

Please keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

The Promoter shall have the sole decision on whether any eligibility requirements have or have not been met and no other correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
